Helpful Tips & Reminders

In-App Chat & Key Incident Workflow

  • Feedback is reviewed, but converting feedback into a "Key Incident" quickly notifies the league.

  • An "Incident chat" feature enables coaches and the league to have dialogue within the app about an incident.

  • You can log in to track "KI (Key Incident)" resolution within the app.

  • You can supplement their "KI" with video links or by uploading photos.

Feedback for Officials

  • All feedback submitted for officials will be reviewed by the league and may also be shared with the individual for development and training purposes.

  • Please be candid. Your feedback, along with the feedback from other coaches, is anonymous and is compiled into an overall summary for the officials. It's used only for education and development, so you never need to worry about retribution. Honest feedback helps our officials grow.

48-Hour Rule

  • Each team must complete an assessment within 48 hours of each match.

  • The system will track each assessment and send email reminders until completion.

Please Rate Thoughtfully To Drive Change

  • Please be as detailed as possible when leaving feedback to provide context and drive change.

  • Your feedback is valuable! Giving an official "all 3's across the board each week," without any specific feedback, does not help drive development or highlight improvement opportunities.

  • When rating an official a 1 or 2 (below standard), share how they can improve.

  • When rating an official a 5 (highest standard), share what made them exceptional.
